Welcome to FangViper. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FangViper website, including the purchase of products offered through our website.

FangViper is operated by PETBIT LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About FangViper

FangViper is a motivational apparel brand offering T-shirts and other products designed to inspire confidence, determination, discipline, personal growth, and a positive mindset.

Our products are made to order. We work with third-party fulfillment and production partners to print and fulfill orders.

We reserve the right to change, discontinue, or modify products, designs, colors, descriptions, prices, and availability at any time.

2. Eligibility

You may use our website and purchase products if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Customers under the age of 18 may use the website and purchase products only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you represent that you have the authority to enter into the purchase transaction or have obtained the required permission from your parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, designs, measurements, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However:

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or display.
Product measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Product appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the website.
Product availability may change without notice.

Minor variations in color or appearance that do not constitute a manufacturing defect are not grounds for a return or refund.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After receiving your order, we may send an order confirmation. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted if circumstances require us to cancel or reject the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including:

Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Incorrect customer information
Shipping or fulfillment limitations
Other legitimate business or legal reasons

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We currently accept payment methods including:

You authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your order.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

6. Made-to-Order Products and Fulfillment

Our products may be produced and fulfilled after an order is placed rather than being manufactured and stored as conventional inventory.

We may use third-party production and fulfillment providers to print, package, and ship orders on our behalf.

Because products may be produced specifically in response to an order, certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund simply because the customer changes their mind.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer standard shipping.

Shipping times provided on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Carrier delays
Weather
Holidays
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Customs or other governmental processes
Other unforeseen circumstances

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the applicable shipping carrier.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because our products may be made to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product.

We also do not accept returns or refunds for:

An incorrectly ordered size
An incorrectly ordered color
An incorrectly ordered design
A customer changing their mind
A customer no longer wanting the product
Minor color differences between a customer's screen and the printed garment
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by failure to follow the product's washing or care instructions
Issues reported more than 30 days after delivery

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@fangviper.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide information describing the problem and, where appropriate, clear photographs showing the damage or defect. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate your claim.

If we determine that the product is damaged or defective, we may, at our discretion:

Send you a replacement product; or
Provide a refund if you prefer a refund instead of a replacement.

You generally do not need to return a damaged or defective product unless we specifically request that you do so.

We reserve the right to reject claims that are not supported by sufficient evidence or that involve damage caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear, or circumstances outside our responsibility.

9. Size and Product Selection

Please carefully review the size chart provided on each applicable product page before placing an order.

Because customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds because the customer ordered the wrong size.

If you are uncertain about sizing, we encourage you to review the measurements provided on the product page before completing your purchase.

10. Order Information and Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied when placing an order is accurate and complete, including:

Name
Shipping address
Email address
Product selection
Size
Color
Design
Payment information

If you provide incorrect information, we may be unable to modify the order once production or fulfillment has begun.

11. Cancellations

Because products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests may not always be possible.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at contact@fangviper.com.

We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be successful once an order has entered production or fulfillment.

12. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the FangViper website, unless otherwise indicated, is owned by or licensed to PETBIT LLC or FangViper.

This may include:

FangViper branding
Logos
Product designs
Slogans
Graphics
Product photographs
Website text
Website design
Videos
Other original content

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

13. Customer Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or other content to FangViper, you represent that:

You have the right to submit the content.
The content does not violate the rights of another person.
The content does not contain unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading material.
The content does not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

By submitting content, you grant PETBIT LLC/FangViper a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute that content in connection with our business and marketing.

We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

14. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our website to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent transactions
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the operation or security of our website
Introduce malicious software or harmful code

Shipping estimates will always be met.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PETBIT LLC and FangViper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the website or purchase of products.

Our liability will not be limited or excluded where doing so would violate applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of any rights or remedies that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PETBIT LLC, FangViper, and their applicable officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

Your use of FangViper is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the website unless otherwise required by applicable law.
