Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

The short version: We ship across the United States. Your order goes through preparation, printing, quality checking, and packaging, so please allow 3–7 business days for production and packaging, followed by 3–7 business days for shipping and delivery depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 6–14 business days.

Where we ship

FANGVIPER currently ships to all 50 US states, plus PO boxes and APO/FPO military addresses on standard shipping. We don't ship internationally yet.

How long it takes

Every order goes through two stages:

Production : 3 to 7 business days. Nothing is pre-made. Your item is printed after you order. The day you place the order isn't counted; the clock starts the next business day.

Delivery : 3 to 7 business days after your order leaves our facility.

Most US orders arrive within 6–14 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If your order is delayed

If we can't ship your order within 30 days of purchase, we'll email you with a revised shipping date. You can accept the new date or cancel for a full and prompt refund. If we can't give you a firm date, we'll cancel and refund you automatically, you won't have to chase us.

November and December run slower across the whole industry. If you're ordering for a specific date in the holiday period, add a week to the estimates above.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is 4.99 $ every US order.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement, that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, email contact@fangviper.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier for you.

Orders that arrive in more than one package

If you order several items, they may arrive separately. This happens when items are printed at different facilities or when a product is packaged individually to protect its shape. You're not charged extra for this, and each package gets its own tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before you pay. We can't change an address once printing has started.

If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong, incomplete, or unclaimed, we'll email you. We can reship to a corrected address at your cost, or refund the product price minus the original shipping if you'd rather not.

Lost, stolen, or missing packages

If tracking shows delivered but you don't have your package, check with your household and neighbours first, and give it 48 hours, carriers sometimes scan early.

If it still hasn't turned up, email contact@fangviper.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement free of charge. Claims made after 30 days can't be honoured.

We can't take responsibility for packages confirmed delivered to the address you provided and then stolen. If that happens, tell us anyway, we'll help you file a carrier claim and we'll usually work something out.
